Past Leader: Kyoko Kirigiri Byakuya Togami ↳ Past Members: Makoto Naegi Toko Fukawa Yasuhiro Hagakure

Role: Public Relations; spreading news of Future Foundation's activities to the public.

After the third Killing game, Makoto and Kyoko left Future Foundation to rebuild Hope’ Peak. Byakuya became the new leader, with Toko, Hiro, and Komaru who just joined as members.

For one more year the 14th branch is on the frontline helping to recover the world and spreading hope. After the world is stable this division is dissolved and the members are transferred to other division.

After the world is 14th branch is dissolved, Togami elected as the 2nd division head to replace Munakata to expand FF and the remaining members got transferred to other divisions.
